Kundalini yoga
This is a spiritual school of yoga suited to those who are inclined towards meditation and chanting.
Kundalini yoga works closely with the breath.
A kriya or set-sequence is performed for specific needs.

Sivananda yoga
This form of yoga is ideal for those who enjoy a mix of physical and devotional practices.
Each yoga class comprises of twelve postures, which are repeated every session. This enables the student to deepen their understanding of the postures and to experience movement in meditation.

Gentle yoga is for all levels of fitness and flexibility and for all ages
This class has been specially designed using the teachings of BKS Iyengar, focasing on alignment and balance with the use of props, belts, blocks, chairs and bolsters.
A gentle, yet affective approach to movement is adopted in this class whereby strength is increased, flexibility, and joint mobility is improved and balance is significantly enhanced
Breathing techniques are also used to give a sense of calmness and well being, helping the body to detoxify, relax and reduces stress.
